Arrow Gasoline

Arrow Gasoline is a relatively new gas station chain created by TwentyTwoPilots. There is currently only one active location, in Betts Ferry in UD: Odessa. It will also be featured in future UD overhauls and games. It will likely become the third most popular gas chain in the UDU in the near future, after UDOco and Pit Stop.

Overview[]

The Arrow chain was first leaked with UD: Bethany Beach back in January 2019. A month after that, TwentyTwoPilots livestreamed the Newark Overhaul on Twitch featuring the build of the second location for Arrow Gasoline with a convenience store. Though, during that time, the location was never completed and its status has been kept unknown. On August 28, 2020, TwentyTwoPilots on Twitter announced the overhaul of UD: Odessa featuring the town of Betts Ferry. In one of the leaks, the third location of the Arrow Gasoline station can be seen in the new town. However, it didn't feature a convenience store like the Newark Overhaul.

Three other Arrow locations were located in Index15's overhauls, one in UD: Monroe and two in UD: Currituck. The one in UD: Monroe was located near US 74 and North Carolina Route 200 northeast of Monroe. The two located in UD: Currituck were located in Moyock and Manns Harbor.

On May 21, 2022, the overhauled map of Odessa was released within the v5.0.0 Hub Update making the Arrow Gasoline station in Betts Ferry official to the public. Even so, the gas station is still not fully functioning as the gas prices sign is still bugged with the GUI popping up 0.00 whenever attempting to refuel.

It is possible it could be added to UD: Delancy Gorge when its revamp comes out as well in some locations. It is likely that it will go through cities/towns and busier areas.

Like other gas stations in the UDU, it adjusts based on real life gas prices going up or down based on the real-life prices. Unlike UDUCo it does not feature a Pit Stop as its convivence store.

Trivia[]

This is the second gas station chain that TwentyTwoPilots has created so far. The first being Pit Stop, and the third being UDOco. There are also many other gas stations chains created within in the Universe. Mainly made by former developer Hydrolock.
