Buffalo is a major town in UD: Pleasant Valley. It is located in the southwestern area of the map.

Buffalo is the most likely county seat of Muscatine County. The town features many major routes, being Iowa Route 27, US 67, and County Route Y62, as well as the game's Police Team Spawn and a Citizens Team Spawn. The town is mostly populated by several smaller houses dispersed near the edges of the town, and contained several restaurants as well.

- A playground in buffalo features a wasp nest. Moving too close to it will result in the wasps attacking the player, gradually dealing damage until they die or move far away enough. This only happens in Bull's rehost, while in Index15's rehost the wasps stay around the nest and don't chase players, but can still do damage.
- There is an old prison as an easter egg that close to Buffalo.
- Buffalo was the only town in the UDU to feature wind turbines.
- This town has returned in the rehosting.
